By creating an account and using HealthTrack, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using HealthTrack, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

To use HealthTrack, you must create an account using one of the following methods:

• Email and password
• Google authentication
• Phone number authentication

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You agree to use HealthTrack only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or any other systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Use any automated system to access the service in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to harm minors in any way

HealthTrack offers a premium subscription that provides additional features including pregnancy tracking, ovulation calendar, and fertility insights.

Billing and Payment

• Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date

Cancellation

• You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods

HealthTrack and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HealthTrack and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you input into HealthTrack. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using HealthTrack, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• At your request
• For any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting us.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• HealthTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• We are not responsible for any health outcomes resulting from your use of the service

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HealthTrack and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Any content you submit or transmit through the service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of HealthTrack after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HealthTrack operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
